Non Profit Program

The NOLAN Project (New Orleans/Louisiana Network) is a special program to assist Non Profit Organizations in refocusing and rebuilding their organizations. It is the goal of the NOLAN Project to help NPO’s to rebuild organizations that are appropriate to the new post-hurricane environment and are stronger and better than they were before the hurricane.

The program includes an organizational assessment, a two day refocusing and goal setting workshop and three months of professional business coaching to support goal achievement.  

NOLAN will also provide  networking opportunities for NPO’s to share their rebuilding experiences and to recommend the creation of shared resources to improve client services.
